Warranty at Battery Repair Shop

Our Policy

Your warranty covers manufacturer defects and faults respectively.
Your 12-month warranty runs from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty period stated.
Your warranty doesn't include damage caused by incorrect fitment, lack of maintenance or neglect due to a lack of charging.
Flat batteries will not be exchanged.
Contact us first if you suspect the battery is faulty.

Our Build Policies

We offer a 3-week turnaround time to rebuild and deliver. The Battery Repair Shop UK has a team of experts rebuilding battery packs that use premium cells from brands such as Panasonic and Samsung. We use your existing case to rebuild your battery pack and send it back to you.
